A day to reflect...
I was sitting in my room today staring at Jimi Hendrix on my wall hoping for some inspiration! I always loved this poster for it's ability to remind me of the psychedelic sounds of the the late sixties and the affinity I have with it's use of colour and strong style.
I think I might start to produce some more vibrant and fun illustrations using inks and paint for a fluid effect and then creat contrasts by mark making over the top with pens and harsh lines.
I want to start experimenting with the human form.
